G·O·I·A awards each member a certain number of stars which varies according to the individual education level. This status serves to identify the corresponding know-how, the clinical experience and the academic and scientific history.

From the beginning, the status of the members can be classified according to their skills and special qualifications so they can make use of these assets within G·O·I·A in an optimal way. This ''membership with stars'' ensures -along with the individual contributions- the transfer of their special expertise. The result: an exceptionally high learning curve and a fascinating intercontinental and inter-disciplinary communication. Any G·O·I·A member gets the chance to lecture on his own individual experience and to have others take part: on the occasion of courses, of congresses or by a paper to be published in scientific journals.

G·O·I·A members can learn from one another. All members have an opportunity to actively participate in communication and exchange of expertise.
